Bucks are still eluding the hunters at the ranch, they are still coming in every night, but have not been seen during the day. The weather has been cold, windy and we have 4″ of snow on the ground, expecting 8 more today with winds of 20 MPH from the NW. Can you say Blizzard.
I was out Sunday Morning and did not see anything, then the snow began with NE winds around 20MPH from the NE. Although Jeff did get a Doe and we had Venny Steak sandwiches that night.
Just have to keep trying. I’ll post some pics of the snowfall at the ranch later.
